Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted and designed by BPS - Statistics Indonesia to identify the needs and satisfaction of data users in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information and provide better public services. The first Data Needs Survey was implemented in 2005 at the BPS - Statistics Indonesia and since 2014, the Data Needs Survey implementation was expanded to the Statistics Office in few Regencies/ Municipalities. BPS - Statistics of Palopo Municipality seeks to present to the public the results of the Data Needs Survey that have been carried out in 2019 in the form of publication of the Analysis of Data Needs Survey Results of Palopo Municipality 2019. This publication contains an analysis of data user characteristics, data requirements analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, and service unit performance analysis.
